Darmic cannot be held responsible for noise or odours from other condos, nor liable if any of the onsite facilities are not operating during your stay, as these things are beyond our control.

No refund or discounts will be given in the event of any building maintenance work, work in neighbouring suites, inclement weather events such as hurricanes, storms, etc., and/or any other disruptive event(s) occurring during or prior to the stay that are outside of the owner’s control. It is highly recommended that you purchase a separate travel insurance policy to cover any unforeseen events that could impact your stay. Renters understand and acknowledge that there are certain risks inherent to any property and that the owner would not rent the property unless this condition were understood and accepted by all renters. Occupants agree to indemnify and save harmless the owners from any and all liability, negligence, loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from use of the property, dwellings, complex, fixtures and/or contents.
