IMPORTANT NOTICE – WAIKIKI BANYAN MAINTENANCE PROJECTS (SEPT 2020 TO APRIL 2021)
Please be aware that effective September 28, 2020 the Waikiki Banyan has two large maintenance projects underway. Refer to the Waikiki Banyan website and click on the icons for SPALL PROJECT and DRAIN/VENT LINE PROJECT for more information and schedules. Both projects are scheduled between September 2020 and April 2021, with affects such as dust, noise, water shut offs and other reduced amenities possible at various times.
All suites in Tower 2 are likely to be affected by water shut-offs over March and April – from Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 4.00pm. There is also some spalling work around the perimeter of the parking garage (floors 1-5) which may cause some noise disruption in some suites/floors.
We are therefore offering a 20% discount on the advertised room rates for suites in Tower 2 (only) over March and April (not including taxes and fees).
