All payments are in USD.

 

Deposit

Your booking deposit must be paid within two weeks of confirmation; otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.  Our team will be in touch if we do not hear from you within this time frame.  For last minute bookings, the deposit will be due immediately.

The deposit amount due will be based on the length of stay:

Up to 27 nights –  US$300
28+  nights –   US$500

  • Self processing via our Happy Stays App – (no fees) see details below.
  • Credit Card (Note:  Mastercard and Visa only, 3% non-refundable processing fee applies):

For security reasons please do not email your credit card details.  Please advise a phone number and a suitable time so our team can contact you.  If you have already supplied your credit card with your reservation – your deposit will be processed immediately.

  • Cashiers check/bank draft, international money order, personal check (if there is time for it to clear before your arrival) or cash:

Please make payable to DARMIC WB INC LIMITED and mail to:  Darmic Waikiki Banyan,  Attn:  J Carter, Suite 403 Tower 1, Waikiki Banyan, 201 Ohua Street, HONOLULU,  HI 96815.  Use your last name and reservation number (found in your confirmation email) as reference.   (Please DO NOT use registered mail or any method of post that requires a signature – if no-one answers the door the parcel will be re-directed to the post office for us to collect with proof of address).

  • Wire transfer, ACH or POP Money/Pay Other People/P2P Person to Person

Bank details on request.  You may incur costs which you as the sender will be liable for and they will be deducted from the deposit amount owing.  Use your last name and reservation number (found in your confirmation email) as reference.

 

 

Balance

Your balance is payable in US currency upon check-in.

Happy Stays App

An email to download and register on the Happy Stays app will be sent to you just after our confirmation email.

Using the app you can check details of your reservation as well as make payments for your deposit, balance, or additional services.
